This top-floor condo has been recently updated with new living room décor and a brand-new HVAC system. The condo has tile flooring and crown molding throughout, and comfortably accommodates six guests.
The living area provides access to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper, three oversized armchairs, a white leather ottoman/table, and a flatscreen television.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a flatscreen television for you to enjoy! Its ensuite master bath features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flatscreen television. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.
The spacious kitchen is nicely stocked and has Corian countertops and modern appliances including a flat top stove and side-by-side refrigerator. The wide breakfast bar seats four.
