What does your rental program entail?

First, we will need to assess your property to make sure that it is ready for our rental program.  As the owner, you are responsible for providing a well-maintained property that will meet the expectations of our guests.  We can provide guidelines if needed.  As part of our contract with you, we will design, manage and maintain all marketing sites for your property.  We will manage all rental inquiries, bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, bookkeeping, filing of taxes and all customer relations.

What is your management fee?

Our competitive management fees will vary dependent upon your complex and location.  Please contact us for more information. 

When do I receive my statement of income?

Your statement is sent each month.  This report includes a check for rental earnings, rental statement and reservation activity report.  We will also include maintenance invoices if applicable. 

Do you provide suggestions or recommendations regarding improvements for my property?

After assessing your property, we will advise you of issues that affect the enjoyment or rental ability of your condo.  In order to protect your investment and maximize your income, you must maintain your furnishings, house wares and replace when needed.  I will be more than happy to help you and give you tips on staging your
